Workplace Safety, Health and Compliance

Workplace Safety, Health and Compliance

Course overview

The DEI Awareness for Safe Workplaces course is a 4-hour, safety-focused awareness programme designed for organisations across Ireland.

The course examines how diversity, equity, inclusion and psychological safety directly affect workplace safety, communication and emergency response, particularly in First Aid situations, incident reporting and day-to-day operational safety.

This is not a theory-based or HR-led DEI course. Instead, it provides practical, real-world awareness training that supports safer workplaces, clearer communication and a stronger safety culture.

Training is delivered in Cork, Dublin and nationwide, with on-site in-house delivery available anywhere in Ireland.

Outstanding medical expertise, delivered in a clear and engaging way

There knowledge of the medical world is simply outstanding an breathtaking, but I was most impressed with the way they taught the class. It was a breath of fresh air. Anyone can spiel off PowerPoint but first aid coaching used there owns technique which was a lot more interesting and easier to take in. I can highly recommend first aid coaching.
