Course overview
Our mental health and behavioural safety training programmes equip participants with the knowledge, skills and confidence to recognise mental health difficulties, respond appropriately, and support others while maintaining personal and organisational safety.
Training is delivered through NUCO and QNUK accredited programmes, aligned with recognised RQF and SQF frameworks, and is suitable for workplaces, education settings and community organisations.
Behavioural safety and risk awareness
Where applicable, courses also address behavioural safety and risk management, including programmes such as PMAV (Prevention and Management of Aggression and Violence).
These elements are particularly relevant for high-risk or public-facing roles.
